Free Shipping on Orders Over $48

La Luna Home is based in Shanghai, China, and all orders are shipped from this location. We offer international shipping to most regions worldwide.

  • Orders over $48: Free Shipping.
  • Orders under $48: A flat shipping fee of $20 applies.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or U.S. territories. APO/FPO addresses are currently outside our shipping scope.

Processing Time

We know you’re  looking forward to your purchase! Normally, we process all orders within 1–3 business days after we confirm your payment. Before packing, we carefully inspect every item to make sure it meets our strict quality standards.

Made-to-Order / Customized items:Please allow an extra 5–7 business days for production prior to shipping. We pay close attention to every detail to ensure your  piece is perfect.

Pre-order / Out-of-stock Items:For pre-order or out-of-stock products, the estimated processing time is 15–25 business days (or check the product page for the exact date). We’ll ship your order the moment it’s back in stock.

Shipping Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item in a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support Lalunahome.service@gmail.com  if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


Lost/Stolen Packages:

La Luna Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Customs and Import Duties:

On occasion, additional customs or import duties cannot be avoided. Please note customs and import duties are covered by yourself. We know you will love what you receive.

 

Tax-Free Regions: For customers in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, there are generally no import fees, duties, or VAT to be paid upon delivery (DDP).

USA: Currently, our default shipping method covers customs duties. However, if you request a specific logistics carrier other than our default option, any resulting customs costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Other Regions: For countries outside the aforementioned regions, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are based on the order value and local regulations. 

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
