Eligibility for Returns
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must unused, unlaundered, in brand-new condition, and with all of their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discount / Final sale / Clearance items
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift Cards
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Locations & Shipping Costs
Items must be returned to our main office in Shanghai, China. Please be aware that international return shipping costs can be significant and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Initiating a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at lalunahome.service@gmail.com. to request a Return Authorization(RA) number. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return RA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s), including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
4. Label: Clearly mark the RA/Your order number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship: Ship the return to the address provided in our email. After you send the package, please inform us of the tracking number via email.
Refunds
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Amount Calculation
- Full Price Items: If your order did not include any promotions, you will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the item.
- Discounted Orders: If you used a discount code or purchased during a promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual price paid for the item.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
Return Shipping Fees & Safety
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) or purchasing shipping insurance. La Luna Home is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
